கம்பு பணியாரம் (Kambu Paniyaram)
Kambu paniyaram is a traditional sweet snack recipe. Pearl millet has lots of health benefits. This paniyaram can be made with Karupatti (palm sugar) or vellam (jaggery). I always prefer Karupatti for this recipe, the combination of kambu and Karupatti gives awesome taste. And also my hubby is a Karupatti lover, so I use Karupatti whenever I get a chance.
