Sausage Gravy

Country Style Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

Ground beef – 1 lb
Butter – 3 tbsp
All purpose flour – 1/3 cup
Milk – 3 cup
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt as needed

Directions

Take a pan and add ground beef and heat the meat
Scramble with spatula until the color changed to brown
Drain the fat emitted from meat
Then add all purpose flour, salt and black pepper powder and mix well
Now add butter to the meat
Give a good mix and add milk little by little
Allow the gravy to boil for 5 minutes
You will get a thick gravy now
Serve the gravy with flaky biscuit

Notes

You can use any type of ground meat like sausage, turkey
When buying meat, prefer to buy higher lean percentage meat for this recipe
