Pidi Kolukkattai

பிடி கொழுக்கட்டை (Pidi Kolukkattai)

Pidi Kolukkattai is a spicy version of the kolukkattai. I prefer to prepare sweet kuzhakattai (paal kolakattai, modak kolukattai) for every Vinayagar Chathurthi but this time I wish to try some spicy variety. This kuzhakattai is also called Upma kolukattai. It is very easy to prepare and takes very less time to prepare as well. This measurements gives around 40 pidi kolukkattai.
