ஆரஞ்சு ஜூஸ் – Orange Juice

Orange juice is a liquid extract of the orange tree fruit, produced by squeezing oranges. There are several different varieties, including blood orange, navel oranges, Valencia orange, clementine and tangerine. Orange is known to be a good source for Vitamin C and also it contains lots of sugar, so avoid daily consumption of the juice. Orange boost the immune system. Navel orange is a good choice for extracting ஜூஸ். This juice is my all time favorite. My dad always prepare this juice for me every morning. Drinking ஆரஞ்சு ஜூஸ் in morning regulate the digestive system. Electric citrus juicer makes the process easy to extract juice.

Ingredients for Orange Juice

Orange – 10
Honey / Sugar/ glucose (optional)

Directions

Cut the oranges into two pieces. 
Use manual/ electric citrus juicer.  
Adjust the pulp holes according to your taste needs.
Squeeze the oranges as shown in the picture. 
Extract juice from all the oranges.
Orange juice ready.
Serve the juice in glass.  
Garnish with slice of orange in a glass or in a plate.

Notes

Wide open of the pulp hole to allow majority of the pulps into the jug; pulp contains some good amount of fibre content, helps offset carb. 
If your juice tastes sour, add some sugar/ honey / glucose. 
Serve the juice without adding water or sugar for maximum benefits.
