எள்ளு உருண்டை (Ellu Urundai)
Ingredients
Sesame seeds/ Ellu – 1/4 cup
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Palm jaggery/ Karupatti – 1/4 cup
Directions
Dry roast the sesame seeds and peanuts separately in a pan and let them cool for a while
Take the roasted sesame seeds and peanuts in a blender
Grind them completely and add crushed karupatti to the blender
Grind them again and then transfer the mix to a mixing bowl
Make the dough into round shape
Ellu urundai ready
Notes
If you have roasted peanuts, no need to roast again
You can replace karupatti with vellam
No need of oil or ghee for grease because Ellu & Peanuts are rich in oil content
Pregnant ladies should avoid eating this urundai, it produce heat in the body
