Vanilla Ice Cream

வெனிலா ஐஸ்கிரீம் (Vanilla Ice Cream)

Ingredients

Heavy cream – 2 cup (400 ml)
Condensed milk – 2 cup (400 ml)
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Directions

Take a blender jar and pour the heavy cream then blend it until creamy
Now pour the condensed milk into the same jar and give a good mix
Finally add the vanilla extract and again give a final mix
Transfer this mix into a freezer safe container
Cover the cream with plastic wrap and seal it properly with lid or foil sheet
Keep it in freezer for the whole night or at least 8 hrs
Creamy rich vanilla ice cream ready

Note

If you have electric beater, take a big mixing bowl and beat with it instead of mixie and follow the same steps given above
