மேங்கோ ஐஸ்கிரீம் (Mango Ice Cream)

Mango Ice Cream is easy to prepare. Best ripen mangoes gives better taste for ice cream. This can be prepared only when there is a mango season. Now a days we get mangos throughout the year but these won’t give best result. Here is the recipe for you!

Ingredients for Mango Ice Cream

Mango fruit – 2
Heavy cream / fresh cream – 1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk – 1 cup

Directions

Remove the skin of the mango fruit and slice them into small pieces.
Take the sliced mango in a blender and blend it to puree.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the blender.
Give a little pulse to mix the both well.
In a mixing bowl, take heavy cream and beat it using a hand mixer until it becomes cream.
Pour the mix in the blender to the mixing bowl.
Again give a good mix with hand mixer.
Transfer the mango & cream mix in an airtight container.
Keep the container in freezer for at least 8 hrs or overnight.
Serve the ice cream in a bowl.

Notes

You may use canned mango puree too for this recipe.
If you are using non sweetened condensed milk add sugar separately.
