Giant Cheese Stuffed Shells
Giant cheese stuffed shells is one of the famous vegetarian pasta variety served in an Italian restaurant “Olive Garden“. Three variety cheese are stuffed inside the shell, ricotta cheese is of that. If you can’t get the ricotta cheese, you may use cottage cheese as alternative. This is one of my favourite pasta. This is very tasty when we eat immediately after cooking (taking out from oven).
