Fruit & Nut Chocolate Bar
Fruit & nut chocolate bar is a sweet and healthy recipe. This is easy and need less time to prepare. This recipe is kids favorite one. This nutty bar can be prepared by anyone who never even cook. This bar’s texture is as same as store bought bar but tastes so good. No chemicals needed for this recipe, which has more than a week of self life.
Ingredients for Fruit & Nut Chocolate Bar
Dark chocolate – 100 gms
Condensed milk – 400gms
Marie Biscuit – 30-40 pieces
Butter – 100gm (8 tbs)
Tutti frutti – 1 cup
Raisins – 3/4 cup
Almond – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Cashews – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Cherry – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Dates – 1/2 cup(chopped)
Directions
Chop the nuts and dry fruits into small pieces.
Crush the biscuits.
Heat a pan in medium flame and add chopped dark chocolates.
Add butter into the pan when chocolate half melted.
Heat the mixture until completely melts.
Pour the condensed milk and mix everything well.
Switch off the flame.
Add the chopped fruits and nuts.
Stir everything well and add the crushed biscuits.
Mix everything until all gets well mixed.
Transfer the chocolate mixture into a aluminum foil pan.
Place the pan in the freezer for overnight.
Remove the bar from the foil pan.
Slice the chocolate into small pieces.
Store the chocolate bar in an airtight container.
Fruit & nut chocolate bar ready.
Notes
Don’t use dark chocolate that are more than 80% cocoa as it will give bitter taste.
You may use more variety of nuts and marshmallow also.
You may dust the chocolate bar with icing sugar.
No need to keep the finished chocolate bar in refrigerator.
