அல்ஃப்ரடோ பாஸ்தா (Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta)
Fettuccine Alfredo pasta is an Italian variety of pasta. This traditional version of Alfredo sauce contains butter, Parmesan cheese but modern version includes heavy cream too. Fettuccine is the best choice for this Alfredo sauce. We can have the pasta as pure vegetarian or we may add chicken, shrimp in the sauce. Fettuccine Alfredo is the signature recipe of a famous Italian restaurant Olive Garden in U.S. This pasta is one of my family’s favorite recipe.
