Corn Chips (Tortilla Chips)
Corn Chips are usually made from tortilla. Tortilla is made from corn flour or all purpose flour. I used tortilla made from corn flour. In corn tortilla, we can get yellow or white. I like yellow corn tortilla for this recipe!
Ingredients for Corn Chips
Corn tortillas – 8 to 10
Oil for frying
Directions
Place four tortillas one over another.
Slice the tortillas in 4 different sides as shown in the picture.
Now you get the triangle shape tortillas.
Heat oil in a pan, drop triangle shape tortillas one by one.
Don’t over crowd the frying pan.
Turn when color changes.
Fry until the bubbles stopped.
Take out the chips and place it in a paper towel for a while.
Corn chips ready.
Serve the chips with any of the dip you like.
Here I used Nacho cheese sauce for dip.
Notes
I used yellow corn tortillas, you may use white corn tortillas too.
You may use Salsa, Guacamole for dip.
Warm the Nacho cheese before you serve.

Pour it in a pan and warm it 
Serve in a plate and bowl
