காலிஃப்ளவர் பஜ்ஜி (Cauliflower Bajji)
Cauliflower Bajji is one of the tasty snack for tea time or a side dish with vegetable fried rice. This is an alternative for chicken 65 and if you don’t want to eat non-veg food but still crave for some fried food, this cauliflower 65 can be best choice. Since it is not spicy, kids will also enjoy. You can also make Gobi Manchurian with this fried cauliflower pakora.
Ingredients for Cauliflower Bajji
Cauliflower – 1 medium size
Besan – 1/4 cup
Corn flour – 1/4 cup
All purpose flour – 1 tbs
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Directions
Cut the bigger stem off the cauliflower and take the florets in a mixing bowl with salt.
Boil some water in high flame and pour that into the mixing bowl which have the cauliflower.
Leave the cauliflower for 10 minutes then strain the water.
Now add all the other ingredients and mix well, no need to add water.
Check the salt level and add some salt again if needed.
Heat oil in a frying pan in medium flame.
Add batter coated cauliflower little by little with a help of a spoon.
After 2 minutes flip the florets to the other side.
When the bubbling stops, take out the first batch.
Repeat the same for remaining batch.
Cauliflower Bajji / Cauliflower 65 / pakkoda / fry ready.

Cauliflower florets pieces 
Boil water 
Add boiled water in to mixing bowl and keep it for 10 minutes 
Drain water and add all ingredients 
Mix well and check/adjust salt 
Using spoon or hand, put florets into hot oil 
Turn sides and take out when bubble stops 
One batch ready
