வாழைப்பழ ஸ்மூதி (Banana Smoothie)
Banana smoothie is a healthy drink and good filling food which is rich in calcium, less in fat. Generally smoothie is prepared by using any type of fruit, veggies with plants‘ milk or cow’s milk.
Smoothed version of veggies and fruits called smoothie. If you increase the ratio of milk than the fruit/veggies, then it becomes milkshake. Milk shakes are mostly prepared with large amount of dairy products like milk, ice cream and all.
Ingredients for Banana Smoothie
Banana – 1 big / 2 small
Sugar – 1 tbs
Milk – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Directions
Peel the banana and slice into small pieces.
Add the sliced banana into a blender jar.
Also add sugar to the blender jar.
Pour milk into the jar and blend well.
Now pour the water into the jar and give final blend.
Banana smoothie ready.
Serve the smoothie in a glass bottle with straw in style.
Notes
You may add some ice cubes while blending பனானா ஸ்மூதி.
Also you may double the fruit quantity and make the smoothie thick and rich.
