கேரட் ஜூஸ் (Carrot Juice)
Carrot juice is one of the healthy and easy to prepare juice. கேரட் ஜூஸ் juice is my all time favorite juice. I always prefer this காரட் ஜூஸ் in my college juice shop. We may drink this without adding any sweet ingredient and for kids you may add honey or sugar. In adult version you may also add little cilantro stems and ginger to increase the flavor and health benefits.

Ingredients for Carrot Juice
Carrot – 4 big (1/4 kg)
Water – 1 cup
Honey – 2 tbs (optional)
Directions
Peel off the skin from carrots.
Chop the carrots into small pieces.
Add the chopped carrots into a juice jar (tall blender jar).
Blend the carrot until completely shredded.
Pour water into the jar and blend again.
Stop blending once it completely grinds into paste.
Place filter over a mixing bowl.
Pour the ground carrot paste.
Press firmly to extract juices from the paste.
Carrot juice ready (you may drink this juice as it is).
If you want more sweet, add honey and mix well.
In this stage carrot juice contains some ground carrots paste.
If you prefer only liquid in your juice, filter the juice again with tea strainer / filter.
Serve the juice in glass.
Notes
You may use ice water/ ice cubes when blending to serve the juice chill.
You may use sugar instead of honey.

Pour honey (Optional) 
Mix with spoon to get honey mixed well 
See some ground carrot in the juice (use tea strainer to filter again if needed) 
Pour in a glass
