Vegetable Pizza
Vegetable pizza is easy to make at home. If Pizza dough is ready, in 30 minutes, you will be able to make home made tasty pizza. Follow the step by step instructions with supporting pictures to make vegetable pizza at home
Ingredients
For Pizza Base
Pizza dough – prepared with 2 cups flour
For Pizza Toppings
Mushroom – 1/2 cup
Green bell pepper – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup
Cheese – 3 cup (shredded)
Ketchup or tomato sauce – 2 tbsp or as needed
Oregano Seasoning mix – 2 tsp (optional)
Directions for Vegetable Pizza
Pre-heat the oven into 350°F (180°C).
Chop the veggies into lengthwise.
Knead the raised dough for a minute.
Divide the dough into two parts.
Place the one part of dough in rolling sheet.
Roll that into thick round.
Transfer the rolled dough to a buttered baking pan or Pizza pan.
Shape the edges with finger as shown in the picture.
Spread the ketchup evenly on the pizza.
Drizzle oregano seasoning mix (optional).
Assemble the chopped veggies as shown in the picture.
Add half of the cheese on top of the veggies.
Follow the same steps for another part of the dough too.
(if you are making one medium pizza skip this step – use all cheese in one pizza itself).
Place the pizza / baking pan into the pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Take out the pizza and slice with pizza cutter.
Vegetable Pizza ready.
Serve Pizza with ketchup or tomato sauce.
Notes
I used mozzarella cheese. You can use Parmesan, pepper jack or other cheese as well.
