வெனிலா கப் கேக் (Vanilla Cupcake)

Vanilla cupcake is one of the best snack. This is my family’s favorite evening snack It tastes so good to have freshly baked cupcake without even applying icing. This is easy to prepare and fun to serve in party in less time.

Ingredients for Vanilla Cupcake

All purpose flour – 1.5 cups 
Baking powder – 1.5 tsp 
Egg – 2
Sugar – 2/3 cup
Butter – 12 tbs 
Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp

Directions

Prepare Batter

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. 
Now melt the butter and let it cool down a little bit.
Crack 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and add sugar. 
Beat well and pour melted butter, vanilla extract. 
Add half of the sifted flour into the bowl. 
Now, Beat the mix well.
Pour milk and then add the remaining flour. 
Give final beat to mix everything well. 
Batter is ready.

Prepare Cupcake

Place cupcake liners in the cupcake pan (12 cupcakes).
Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners. 
Place the pan in the preheated oven.
Bake the cake for 18 to 20 minutes. 
Take out the pan and let it cool down for 10 minutes. 
Vanilla cupcake ready. 
Serve the cake warm or allow it to cool down and spread some icing on the cake.

Notes

Don’t add hot melted butter into the eggs as it will spoil the cake texture. 
You may use mini cupcake pan (24 cakes) too but bake for 10-12 minutes only.
Also you may add nuts into this recipe.
