டாமினோஸ் கார்லிக் பிரட் (Stuffed Garlic Bread)
Stuffed garlic bread is one of our family’s favourite snack. When we were in India, we used to go to Dominos pizza place once in a while especially for this stuffed garlic bread. Inspired by that I prepared this recipe and it comes out very well every time. It consumes little time and effort but if you follow instructions, you will be rewarded with delicious garlic breadsticks.
Ingredients for Stuffed Garlic Bread
Dough for resting:
All purpose flour – 2 cups + dusting
Warm water – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Dry yeast – 1.5 tsp
Garlic – 5 – 6 cloves crushed
Oregano Seasoning – 1 tbs
Olive oil – 2 tbs
Garlic Butter:
Butter – 4 tbs (softened)
Garlic – 4 cloves
For Stuffing:
Sweet corn kernels – 1/2 cup (frozen/fresh)
Pickled peppers – 1-2 tbs
Mozzarella cheese – 2 cups (shredded)
For Baking:
Butter or oil to apply
Oregano Seasoning to drizzle
Directions
Dough Preparation:
Add sugar and yeast into warm water and mix well.
Rest the yeast mix to activate until bubbles come.
Take flour, garlic and salt in a mixing bowl then mix well.
Pour yeast activated water little by little and start kneading.
Also pour the oil gradually and continue to knead well.
Cover the dough and keep in warm place for at least 1 hour.
After one hour the dough will be doubled.
Garlic Butter Preparation:
Mix the softened butter and crushed garlic in a bowl.
Seasoning Dough:
Add oregano seasoning mix to dough and knead again.
Dust some flour and knead again.
Split the dough into two equal parts.
Roll both balls into thick round shape separately.
Apply garlic butter over that.
Stuffing:
Add corn kernels and half of the cheese on one roll
Add pickle and another half of the cheese on another roll
Baking:
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Close the dough and seal it as shown in the picture.
Brush some garlic butter on the top and drizzle oregano seasoning.
Apply some oil and butter in a baking pan and drizzle little oregano Seasoning.
Place both the stuffed dough in the baking pan.
Slice the bread deeply with knife.
Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Change the temperature into 425° and bake for 5 minutes or until bread color changes.
Stuffed garlic bread ready.
Serve this with ketchup and ranch.
Notes
I used 2 different types of stuffing, but if you want to stuff both breads in a same way, adjust ingredient quantity accordingly.
You can adjust the oregano seasoning amount depends on your taste.
If you don’t want too much of garlic, just spread softened butter on top of bread.
You may add more cheese if you want your bread more cheesy.

Roll the other dough ball 
Spread garlic butter mix 
Add Jalapeño on one side 
Sprinkle cheese on top 
Close the other side and seal properly 
On a baking sheet, spread butter and sprinkle oregano seasoning 
Place prepared breadsticks on baking sheet 
Sprinkle oregano seasoning on top 
Keep it inside pre-heated oven 
Cook for 10 minutes 

Stuffed Garlic Bread ready 
Dominos breadsticks 
Take a slice out. 
Serve breadstick in a plate
