ஸ்ட்ராபெர்ரி ஐஸ்கிரீம் (Strawberry Ice Cream)
Strawberry Ice cream is an ice cream variety, prepared with strawberry. I’m not a big lover of strawberry in the beginning days but after I start picking strawberries from the farm I’m addicted to the taste. My daughter is a strawberry lover, she always asks me to prepare strawberry icecream. Here is the recipe to make using blender or mixie. Ingredients for Strawberry Ice Cream
Heavy cream – 2 cup
Condensed milk – 2 cup
Strawberry – 2 cup (chopped)
Directions
Take a mixing bowl and add heavy cream and beat with hand mixture until it becomes smooth cream.
Take strawberries in a blender and blend it well without adding water.
Extract juice from the pureed strawberries with the help of strainer.
Now add condensed milk and strawberry juice then give a good mix with the hand mixture until everything is well mixed.
Transfer the cream to a freezer safe bowl or box.
Cover the box with a lid or plastic wrap tightly.
Keep the box in freezer for at least 8 hrs and Strawberry Ice Cream is ready.
Serve the strawberry icecream in a bowl or waffle cone.
Notes
You may add the pureed strawberries directly to the cream without straining.
Don’t add water to the strawberry juice as it will spoil the texture of the icecream.
You may use blender (mixie) to prepare this ice cream as well.
