Scrambled Eggs, a simple and healthy breakfast

Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs is one of the best healthy breakfast. My kids always love to eat eggs in the morning. I add little bit of butter and cheese to enhance the taste. There are two type of preparation for this recipe. First method is, just crack the eggs directly into the pan and  scramble them. In the second method, beat the eggs first in a separate bowl and then add to a pan. In the first method we can see the egg whites and yolks visible. But most of them prefer the second method because of their smooth texture.

Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs

Eggs – 2
Butter – 1/2 tbs
Pepper – drizzle a little
Parsley – drizzle a little (optional)
Shredded cheese – 1 tbs
Salt as needed

Directions

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add little bit of salt.
Beat the eggs until the egg whites and yolk combined well together.
Now pour 1 tbs of water and beat again for 10 seconds.
Heat a pan with butter in low medium flame.
Pour the beaten eggs and drizzle some pepper.
Leave the eggs undisturbed for about 5 seconds.
Now move the edge of the eggs into center using spatula.
Lift the pan and rotate it to spread the leftover liquid around the pan and repeat the process.
If your flame is high, you can’t do this multiple times.
When the liquid completely changes to semisolid form, add the cheese and parsley.
Give a final mix and switch off the flame.
Scrambled eggs ready
