கேழ்வரகு கூழ் (Ragi Koozh)
Ragi Koozh is a healthy food. Koozh is best for weight loss and digestion. Koozh reduces body heat, regulates blood sugar levels. This also slows skin ageing. Ragi is rich in iron and calcium. My grandma used to prepare this koozh for me in my childhood days. I like the koozh with small onion and pickle as side.
