பனீர் பட்டர் மசாலா (Paneer Butter Masala)
Ingredients for Paneer Butter Masala
Paneer – 250gms
Tomato – 4
Butter – 1 tbs
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 4 pods
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Chillipowder – 1 tbs
Kasuri methi – 1 tbs
Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Directions
Dice the tomatoes, peel the garlic and ginger.
Take the above three in a blender (mixie) and grind that thoroughly.
Take a pan and add some butter, wait until it melts.
Add cumin seeds and wait it to crack and then add the ground mixer to the pan.
Allow the mix to boil for few minutes with open lid and then close the pan with lid.
You can see some oil coming from the gravy; now add spices and sliced paneer.
Keep the lid closed and set the burner to low flame for 5 mins.
The paneer become soft now, switch off the flame.
Add heavy cream to the gravy and mix that well.
Garnish Butter paneer masala with butter – little is enough. Add more if you want rich butter flavor.
