முருங்கை கீரை சூப் (Murungai Keerai Soup)

Ingredients for Murungai Keerai Soup
Murungaikeerai – 1 bunch
Tomato – 2
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 small size
Garlic – 3 clove
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Salt as needed
Directions
Take a big pan with oil and add onion, ginger garlic paste.
After onion turns into golden brown, add tomatoes.
Stir everything until tomatoes get mushy.
Add pepper, cumin powder, salt, turmeric and mix well.
Wash drumstick leaves and add to the pan and stir for 2 minutes.
Now pour 4 cups of water to it then cover and cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
Pour the cooked keerai into the strainer and extract soup.
Serve soup in a bowl.
