Masala Jeera
Masala Jeera is a simple refreshing cool beverage drink to lower the heat. Seeragam helps to improve digestion. You may add more herbs to this drink and boost your health. Adding lemon juice will give more energy and helps to digest a heavy meal.
Ingredients for Masala Jeera
Roasted Cumin Powder
Cumin seeds – 1/4 cup
For Masala Jeera
Ice cubes – 4
Lemon juice – 2 tbs
Lemon slices – 3
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Chilled water/ soda – 2 cups
Black salt as needed
Directions
Prepare Cumin Powder
Roast cumin seeds until well roasted.
Let the cumin seeds to cool down completely.
Grind the seeds into fine powder.
Prepare Drink
Take tall glass which you are going to serve.
Add ice cubes and add lemon slices, lemon juice, cumin powder.
Finally add chilled water and mix everything well.
Masala jeera ready.
Serve the masala seeraka drink.
Notes
I used sea salt for the recipe, try to use black salt for the recipe that gives more taste.
