Simple Mac n Cheese (Stove top)
Mac n Cheese is an easy to prepare pasta variety. The name used for this recipe in UK is Macaroni & Cheese. We use macaroni and cheese sauce to make Mac & Cheese. Cheddar cheese gives best flavor for the cheese sauce. Traditional Mac and Cheese is a casserole and baked in the oven. It may be prepared on stove as well. It takes very less time to prepare and it’s one of the kids favorite pasta.
Ingredients for Mac n Cheese
Elbow pasta – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
All purpose flour – 1 tbs
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tbs
Salt as needed
Directions
Cook the pasta by adding water and salt.
Take a sauce pan and heat in medium flame by adding butter.
Once butter melts, reduce the flame and add all purpose flour.
Stir fry the flour and pour the milk.
Boil the milk in full flame.
When the milk started raising, reduce the flame to low.
Now add pepper and salt, mix well.
Add the shredded cheese and let it melt completely.
Mix everything well and switch off the flame.
Sauce is ready now.
Drain water from the cooked pasta.
Add the cooked pasta into the sauce in a pan.
Mix pasta and sauce until pasta is well coated.
Mac & cheese ready.
Serve the kid’s favorite pasta in a bowl.

Boil pasta in water by adding salt 
Pasta is cooked, filter water 
Heat pan in medium flame and add butter 
Once butter melts, add flour 
Mix well 
Pour milk and boil in high flame 
Add crushed pepper, salt and reduce the flame to low 
Now add shredded cheese 
Cheese melted now 
Everything mixed well 
Switch off flame and add cooked pasta 
Mix well until pasta well coated 
Mac n Cheese ready 
Serve in a bowl
