கோழி பிரட்டல் (Kozhi Pirattal)
Kozhi pirattal is a dry spicy gravy. This gravy is a good combination for rice, dosa, briyani and parotta. Using country chicken with bone for this gravy increases the taste of the gravy. Country chicken recipes are favorite of my hubby. I wish to cook this gravy in authentic style (cooking in earthen pot).

Notes
This is a simple version and can be prepared easily by beginners as well.
I used earthen pot but you can use any type of pot.
What is the masala mentioned in the list of ingredients? Is it simply dhaniya powder or any chicken masala powder?
