15 நிமிட பால்கோவா Instant Palkova (Heavy Cream)
Instant Palkova is a simple recipe to make rich sweet to surprise guests because this recipe just takes 15 minutes only. The taste of this palkova is very close to traditional one as well.
Ingredients for Instant Palkova
Heavy cream – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Ghee to grease the pan
Directions
Take a big pan with heavy cream.
Place the pan on stove with high flame.
Keep stirring the milk cream without leaving your hand.
When milk try to come out of the pan reduce the flame into medium.
After 5 to 10 minutes you can see the milk cream thickens.
Now add the sugar and stir for 5 minutes.
Stop the flame and transfer the palkova to the ghee greased pan.
Let the palkova cool for at least 4 hrs.
Paalkova ready…
Note
If you are going to use the fresh cream instead of heavy cream, take double the amount of cream for the same amount of sugar.

Bring flame to medium when milk comes up 
Keep stirring 


Check for thickness 



at about 10 minutes, milk thickens 

Add sugar 
Mix well 
Keep stirring for another 5 minutes 
Palkova almost ready 
Grease the pan with ghee 

Pour palkova in pan 
Let palkova cool down
