மேங்கோ ஐஸ்கிரீம் (Hung Curd Mango Ice Cream)
Hung Curd Mango Ice Cream is prepared using hung curd and mango. Hung curd gives special flavor to this ice cream. Here is the recipe!
Ingredients
Mango – 2
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Hung Curd – 1 cup
Directions
Peel skin from the mangoes and chop it into small pieces.
Take hung curd and sugar in a blender and blend it until everything is well mixed.
Add chopped mangoes to the blender and blend it well.
Transfer the mixer into a freezer safe bowl.
Keep the mixer in freezer over night or at least 8 hrs.
Mango Ice Cream is ready.
Scoop the மேங்கோ ஐஸ்கிரீம் in to a bowl and serve.
