Hung Curd

Ingredients

Curd / yogurt – 1 cup

Directions

Take a cheese cloth / Muslin cloth and place it in a big strainer
Place the strainer on a bowl that can hold
Pour the curd in the cheese cloth and cover it with the same cloth
Leave the curd for at least 4 hrs undisturbed
All the water drained into the bowl
Hung curd is in the cheese cloth now and ready

Notes

If you are place the curd in cheese cloth overnight keep that in refrigerator
This hung curd is used for some recipes
