Gingerbread House

Gingerbread House

Gingerbread houses are covered with a variety of candies and icing, are popular Christmas decorations, often built by children with the help of their parents. My kids love making it every year and they did it this year as well. It is a fun project to spend time on for kids and parents as well. Kids also love eating the candies placed on the house.

Ingredients

Royal icing as needed
Candies for decoration
Board or plate for house

Take another 2 full cracker for the roof.
Apply icing in the crackers and place them as roof.
Decorate the roof with icing and fix m&m candy.
Decorate the gate side and fix the knob with candy.
Decorate with whatever candies you want based on your creativity.

Notes

After making the gingerbread house, keep it in refrigerator for an hour, so that the icing gets hard and fun for kids to handle it.
