Egg Masala (Dry)

Egg Masala is a perfect choice for those who don’t like to eat boiled egg. Here, I am going to explain unique, easy recipe that everyone loves.
Ingredients for egg masala
Egg – 5
Masala – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – small pinch
Small onion – 3 chopped
Curry leaves – 1 Spring
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds & Urad dal – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Directions
Boil the eggs for 15 mins and remove the shell.
Slice the egg (see the picture).
Take a medium size pan and add oil and then add tempering spices.
Add the chopped onion; fry it until golden brown.
Add the Masala, Turmeric, Salt and water.
Mix well and let it boil until you see the bubbles.
Now add the sliced egg then cover the pan with a lid.
Cook it for 5 minutes (until the water reduced).
Open the lid and turn the eggs without breaking.
Keep the flame low until oil come out.
