Cheese & Veg Stuffed Paratha
Cheese & veg stuffed paratha is a combination of veggies and cheese stuffed inside a wheat paratha. It’s a kids favorite recipe and good filling breakfast/ snack. This is an easy to prepare recipe, you may add whatever veggies you like. It takes very less time to prepare and it’s a best option for a trip to go.

Ingredients for Stuffed Paratha
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Hot oil – 2 tsp
Cheese – 1/2 cup
Carrot – 1
Beans – 2-3
Green bell pepper – 2 tbs (chopped)
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 2
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Cheese slice – 3
Oil – 2 tbs
Cilantro – 1 tbs
Salt as needed
Directions
Dough Preparation
Add wheat flour, salt and hot oil in a mixing bowl.
Pour warm water little by little and start kneading.
Knead the flour for 5 minutes and make the dough soft.
Separate the dough into 3 portions.
Veggies Preparation
Chop the onion into small pieces.
Peel off the carrot skin and chop into small pieces.
Rinse the beans in water and chop into small pieces.
Boil carrot and beans in a pan by adding salt and water.
Mince the green chillies into small pieces.
Stuffing Preparation
Add boiled veggies, onion and chopped bell pepper into a mixing bowl.
Also add cheese, chaat masala, cumin powder, chilli powder, chopped cilantro, green chili and salt.
Mix everything well and make 3 equal size balls.
Paratha Rolling
Take one wheat dough and dust it in wheat flour.
Roll the dough into medium size round shape.
Spread oil on the rolled dough.
Place one stuffing ball in the central part of the paratha.
Place one cheese slice over the stuffing.
Fold the paratha as shown in the picture.
Make Paratha
Heat a dosa pan and season with oil.
Place the folded paratha and cook in medium flame.
Brush oil over the paratha and cook both sides until color changes.
Take out the paratha and slice into two pieces.
Cheese & veg stuffed paratha ready.
Notes
I used mozzarella cheese, you can use cheddar cheese as well for this recipe.
You may use combination of red and green bell pepper here.
I used red onion, you may use any onion but make sure it’s not so spicy.

Take raw and cooked veggies in a bowl 
Add cilantro, chilli 
Also add cheese and masalas 
Mix well 
Everything is now mixed well 
Make three equal size balls

Take one dough 
Dust it with wheat flour 
Roll the dough in to round shape 
Rolled dough 
Apply oil on all over 

Place one veggie ball in the middle 
Press gently to spread little 

Place one cheese slice on top 
Start folding 
Second fold 
Third fold 
Folded completely. 
Heat dosa pan and apply oil 
Oil coated pan 
Place one paratha 
Apply oil on top 
Turn side 
Both sides cooked well 
Take out and place in a plate 
Finish all three 
Cut into half 
Melted cheese
