முட்டைகோஸ் கூட்டு (Cabbage Kootu)
Ingredients
Cabbage – 1/2 kg
Moong dal – 3 tbs
Small onion – 3
Red chilli – 4
Curry leaves – 1 spring
Shredded coconut – 2 tbs
Oil – 1 tbs
Salt as needed
Directions
Soak the moong dal for 30 mins
Grate the cabbage in grater and chop the small onion
Take a big pot and add shredded cabbage, soaked moong dal and salt
Then add enough water and cook the mixer
When the moong dal fully cooked stop the flame
Filter the water completely
Take a pan then pour oil and add mustard seeds & urad dal
After seeds cracked add curry leaves, onion and red chilli
Now add the cooked mixer and give a good mix
Spread the shredded coconut
Switch off the flame
Cabbage Kootu ready
