Thavala Adai

தவலை அடை (Thavala Adai)

Thavala Adai is a traditional recipe. There are many methods to prepare தவலை அடை. One of my friend introduced this recipe to me. I researched for this recipe and got many different ways. After trying few, I created my own combination and this method is very easy to prepare. I am now addicted to this taste. My hubby also loves this recipe and he prefers to have this with poondu podi. I will post other methods soon.

Notes

This recipe needs lots of oil to cook, if you don’t want to use coconut oil, substitute with any other oil.
I prepared mini Adai here, you can make big size Adai too. Add more oil according to the Adai size.
