Smoky hot shredded chicken with cayenne

Smoky hot shredded chicken with cayenne

Smoky hot shredded chicken with cayenne is a dry chicken variety prepared with hot sauce. I tried this chicken in a famous Chinese restaurant Sichuan Gourmet. There is no exact similarity to the name and the ingredients used in the recipe. Cayenne is not a hot chili pepper when compare to other peppers, but the restaurant may be using the name to communicate how spicy this dish can be, with dried red peppers. My hubby tried this recipe with his colleagues. Then he took us to the restaurant and let us to try the same recipe. We all addicted to this chicken recipe. I researched the recipe and tried that, it came out well. This is very easy to prepare and a best choice for large quantity.
