Karuveppilai Podi

கருவேப்பிலை பொடி (Karuveppilai Podi / Curry Leaves Powder)

Karuveppilai podi is also known as curry leaves powder, which is made from pan fried curry leaves and roasted dals. Curry leaves are a rich source of iron and folic acid.
It’s a natural remedy of anaemia. It fights for diabetes, improve digestion, lower cholesterol, prevents greying of hair. My whole family always enjoy eating this karuveppilai podi with Idly.
