Ground Chicken Nachos

Ground Chicken Nachos

Ground chicken nachos is a Mexican recipe. Actually this recipe is made with ground beef but since most of Indians don’t eat beef, I used ground chicken as an alternative to ground beef. This ground chicken nachos taste is also same like the ground beef nachos taste. This recipe is usually used over the tortilla chips and sometimes in salad. This is very easy to make and yummy recipe. Whenever I make this recipe my family finishes it very quick. And it’s one of the good option for party starter and kids snack.

I used homemade sour cream (2 tablespoons curd + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise).
